Associate Project Coordinator

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Associate Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for on-site technicians during installations, manage project documentation, and ensure timely communication of project statuses and issues. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary remote contact for technicians, communicating delays and installation issues to Project Leads Prepare documentation and assign work orders, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and confirming installation dates Review project deliverables, including pre- and post-installation photos, for accuracy and compliance with customer standards Required qualifications High School Diploma 1+ years of experience in a related field Basic understanding of networking concepts such as network ports and IP-based systems Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and customer service skills with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
