Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students from accredited Master’s programs as they work toward their clinical licensure.

• Deliver empathetic and effective psychotherapy services tailored to the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families, applying evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with other professionals within a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans that address physiological, psychological, and social factors impacting client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and concise documentation and records of client sessions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of current research, advancements in therapeutic techniques, and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n
