Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLP licensure required
• Experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred
• Open to SLPs holding CCC, as well as those in their CFY year
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
• Passion for helping children reach their communication milestones
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60+ students with varying communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet individual student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support student progress
• Monitor and document student outcomes, progress, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall success of the school’s special education program
