Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing recognized evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals, ensuring to tailor interventions specifically to each client’s situation.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a network of healthcare providers to deliver integrated and client-centered care.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to support client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with ethical and legal standards while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enhance therapeutic engagement and provide peer support opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
