Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will involve a range of responsibilities tailored to support individual growth and healing:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and concerns, utilizing both structured and unstructured diagnostic tools.

• Create, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, focusing on the individual needs of clients.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy—to address specific issues.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring an engaging and supportive experience even in a virtual setting, and addressing challenges like accessibility and comfort.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LSCSW, LCPC, LCP, LCMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental demeanor to foster a safe therapeutic space.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, essential for managing a therapeutic caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
