Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions designed to promote client interaction, understanding, and shared learning. You will create a safe space where participants can share experiences and support one another.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions focusing on individual client needs. You will help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, facilitating the development of effective coping strategies and actionable plans tailored to their goals.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique aspirations and therapeutic goals. You will assess their needs and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach to care.

• Progress Monitoring: Evaluate and document client progress using various assessment tools and feedback methods. Through ongoing assessment, you will identify areas for growth or adjustment in treatment strategies.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care and consult on complex cases for optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing mental health challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Our outpatient programs provide a supportive setting where clients can engage deeply in their healing journey and benefit from both group and individual therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
