Job Title: Administrative Assistant - PRIVATE EQUITY (1-3 years exp) Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 base + overtime + discretionary bonus Core Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with flexibility as needed Role Summary We are seeking an exceptionally polished and professional Administrative Assistant with 1-3 years of experience in reception and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, intelligent, proactive, and confident —someone who can seamlessly support two Managing Directors in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a personable and highly professional demeanor, impeccable attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-tier support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of the office, providing a warm and professional greeting to clients and visitors. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for two MDs . Travel Coordination for whole firm as well. Oversee incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with responsiveness and accuracy. Maintain office organization, supplies, and orderliness. Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Key Qualifications MUST HAVE: Experience working in a FINANCIAL SERVICES firm (ideally Buy-Side) 1-3 years of experience in a reception or administrative support role, ideally in a corporate environment. Exceptional experience with travel coordination and management. Exceptionally polished with a strong attention to detail. Type A personality with a proactive, take-charge attitude. High EQ and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, executives, and staff. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
