Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through virtual platforms to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services via telehealth to patients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms.

• Facilitate virtual therapy groups and workshops covering essential topics that enhance patient skills and knowledge related to mental wellness, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.

• Engage in regular collaboration with medical professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a unified and coordinated approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a licensed Psychologist.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and navigate collaboration with medical professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
