Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments that dig deep into clients' mental health concerns, enabling accurate clinical diagnoses and the formulation of effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate methods based on the client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, fostering a safe space for open dialogue, healing, and personal growth.

• Respond to acute mental health crises with decisive crisis intervention strategies to ensure clients receive immediate and effective care.

• Document all client interactions and maintain comprehensive records, including assessment results and progress notes, adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver holistic care and address client needs from multiple perspectives.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics and available resources, advocating for their rights and needs during treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
