• Encourage clients to engage with community recovery support options (e.g., Alcoholics Anonymous, Smart Recovery) while emphasizing that these resources complement the therapeutic process rather than replace it.

• Facilitate optional support groups or contribute to the creation of “Expert Insights” content in collaboration with the Content Manager.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while utilizing telehealth platforms for patient interactions.

• Participate in monthly peer group meetings for continued professional growth and collaboration opportunities with fellow clinicians.

• Receive referrals from our clinical operations team and focus on delivering high-quality care, while minimizing administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals seeking to change their alcohol consumption patterns, ranging from those looking to moderate their drinking to those desiring complete abstinence. By employing a harm-reduction model, you will help guide clients through their unique journeys toward recovery, offering empathy and understanding tailored to their personal experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure in the state of California.

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field; advanced qualifications are preferred.
