Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential patient information and history, ensuring an individualized approach to therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions that align with best practices and client goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessed needs, ensuring they are regularly updated to reflect client progress.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as structural family therapy, communication therapy, and narrative therapy, depending on client needs and preferences.

• Consistently document patient progress and treatment effectiveness in compliance with organizational policies and requirements, keeping accurate records in our electronic health record system.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients, offering guidance and support outside scheduled sessions as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and advance the overall well-being of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of one year of post-licensure experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have hands-on experience in both individual and family therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 yearly, with an added sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
