Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ needs by utilizing evidence-based methodologies and solutions-focused interventions. Each assessment will help you craft personalized treatment plans that effectively guide clients towards improved mental health outcomes.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices tailored to the individual needs of each client. • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and best practices. Your detail-oriented approach will uphold our commitment to professionalism and ethical standards.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to provide a holistic approach to client care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. This reflects your strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence in mental health practices.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona is essential, demonstrating your competency and commitment to the profession.
