Within our global environment, the Program Performance Management Specialist (Sr PPM Spec) provides contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis for new and mature programs typically valued up to $10M per year. As an individual contributor taking direction from a manager or team lead, you’ll:

• Develop the program time-phased cost and/or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive).
• Monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and/or schedule completion date.
• Make recommendations to program manager and program leads.

NOTE: This is a Program Performance Management role (PPM / EVM) role...it is not a PM or PMP position.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or a Master's degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Earned Value Management or scheduling tool knowledge is required; solid knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles.
