Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with patients to foster a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Utilize comprehensive assessment tools to diagnose, treat, and monitor mental health disorders.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs, preferences, and circumstances.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to provide ongoing counseling, support, and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress and make data-driven adjustments to therapy approaches.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing modalities that cater to diverse client populations.

• Assist clients during crises by offering immediate assessment and intervention tailored to their emotional and psychological needs.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists when indicated.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your clinical expertise will enable you to address the unique needs of each client, ultimately enhancing their wellbeing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and valid mental health licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• At least two years of professional experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Demonstrated ability to provide effective therapeutic interventions and motivate clients toward positive change.

• Strong proficiency in using technology for documentation and client management, including electronic medical records and telehealth platforms.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and clinical demands.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
