Tri-County Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist. This full-time position is based in Cape Coral, Florida, at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center. Work Environment

This position requires a hands-on approach in an onsite setting within our rehabilitation center. You will join a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork and encourages professional growth. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and needs, developing tailored treatment plans aligned with medical recommendations.
• Implement therapeutic interventions for a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Provide training and education to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with knowledge for effective recovery.
• Maintain excellent communication with patients and family members, ensuring clarity in treatment goals and progress updates.
• Utilize evidence-based care practices to deliver therapeutic techniques that positively impact patients' health.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights to enhance overall patient care and maximize outcomes.
• Meet performance metrics and contribute to organizational goals by maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass a wide range of patient demographics, focusing primarily on orthopedic issues while also supporting pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. You will have the opportunity to create tailored recovery plans for each individual, ensuring that care is both comprehensive and personalized. Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and computer software.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic-related care.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems for patient documentation and care coordination.
• Proficiency in implementing evidence-based treatment practices and staying current with industry developments.

Compensation and Benefits
