Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored specifically to each client’s needs, and deliver ongoing documentation that adheres to company standards.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 therapy sessions per week, ensuring timely communication with clients and the continuity of care.

• Exhibit exceptional customer service to clients while collaborating with a dynamic team to effectively implement our mission of enhancing community wellness.

• Utilize innovative intervention techniques in therapy to help clients identify and surpass their treatment goals, contributing to improved mental health outcomes.

• Document all client encounters with precision, including treatment plan updates and clinical case notes, in accordance with organizational protocols.

• Coordinate care effectively by working alongside case managers, other therapists, families, and medical professionals to ensure clients receive well-rounded support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and completing treatment plans and clinical documentation.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.

• Comfort with fee collection practices at the time of service, as well as experience navigating telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, which is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
