Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and oversee the clinical care of patients, ensuring that each receives the highest level of service.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individualized or group therapy sessions tailored to client needs, maintaining meticulous treatment logs.

• Manage a diverse caseload that includes individuals with varying psychological requirements, from mild to severe mental health issues.

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to evaluate psychological needs, collaborating with patients and families to devise and implement effective intervention strategies.

• Exhibit proficiency in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and therapeutic interventions when necessary.

• Deliver personalized counseling services including individual, family, and group therapy, making appropriate referrals to specialists as needed for comprehensive care.

• Regularly assess patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly, ensuring ongoing support and optimization of therapy outcomes.

• Perform mental health evaluations as part of the care framework and document findings comprehensively.

• Prepare treatment plans and progress summaries, making necessary revisions in collaboration with patients to ensure that goals are met.

• Facilitate educational and supportive programs to equip patients and their families with knowledge and tools for effective mental health management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will be working with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, presenting unique needs and challenges. Your ability to connect and empathize with patients from different walks of life will be essential in fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling; a Ph.D. is a plus.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust financial compensation package, we provide:
