Our services are delivered via a telehealth format, meaning you can conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while still being part of a cohesive and supportive team. Our remote work environment encourages flexibility, allowing you to tailor your schedule to meet both your personal needs and the requirements of your clients. While our core hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, some flexibility will be necessary to accommodate patient schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, using evidence-based techniques to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize recognized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy in sessions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring client privacy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
