Senior Living Sous Chef - Menu Innovator & Catering Lead

Unidine Corporation

Unidine seeks a Sous Chef to lead the Culinary Department operations for a senior living facility. You will support the Executive Chef in supervision, preparation, and garnishment of diverse items, develop daily menus, oversee hourly staff, and assist with ordering. This is an energetic, entrepreneurial culinary role. You will partner with the Director to ensure quality, safety, and cost controls while driving new menu concepts and service standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Unidine
