A thriving Los Angeles insurance brokerage with over 30 years strong and continuing to grow is looking to add a highly energetic Office Manager to be the heartbeat of the team!! Growth & Compensation Package: Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually depending on experience Schedule: Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office) Benefits: Full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k) plan Paid Time Off: Paid time off and company holidays Value-Add Skills: Experience: Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Personal Lines Insurance Administrative and operational functions of an insurance agency Understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures Fluency in both Japanese and English is preferred Day-to-Day Tasks: Support the Team: Mentor and empower the administrative and customer service staff. Operations: Manage the day-to-day administrative duties from office management to communication. Compliance: Keep the agency running at its best by managing licensing and ensuring all industry regulations are met. Agency Finances: Play a key role in payroll, tracking commissions, and overseeing our operational budget.
