Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and circumstances, utilizing standardized assessment tools and evidence-based interventions.

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling, tailoring approaches to suit the diverse needs of clients while fostering an environment of trust and support.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards treatment goals, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress or in crisis, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to ensure clients' immediate well-being.

• Document all client interactions accurately and conscientiously, maintaining confidentiality and complying with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay informed of the latest mental health research, practices, and community resources to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

This position supports a broad client demographic, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety, substance abuse challenges, and those navigating significant life changes, including but not limited to relationship issues, divorce, and grief. You will engage with clients from varied backgrounds, promoting cultural competence and sensitivity in your therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
