Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations through comprehensive medical history reviews and detailed physical examinations to assess pain levels and treatment efficacy.
• Formulate and execute personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique pain management needs, in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Administer various procedures, including joint injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks, under the guidance of your supervising physician, ensuring optimal patient safety and procedural accuracy.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide educational consultations to patients on pain management techniques, medication adherence, and essential lifestyle adjustments that can alleviate their symptoms.
• Engage with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and psychologists, to develop integrated care approaches tailored to each patient’s treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will focus on a varied patient demographic, treating individuals with diverse pain conditions ranging from post-surgical recovery pain to chronic pain disorders. Your approach will be rooted in empathy and understanding, addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of pain while collaborating with patients to develop effective, individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• An accredited Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• Current state licensure and board certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work under the supervision of physicians.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team setting while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in Pain Management or a related field.
• Understanding of advanced pain management techniques and latest methodologies in treating various pain conditions.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and experience in maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000 yearly commensurate with your experience and expertise. In addition to a robust salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
