Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations to determine the best course of action for pain management.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with supervising physicians to ensure optimal outcomes for patients suffering from chronic pain conditions.
• Perform relevant procedures and minor interventions as necessary under the guidance of attending physicians, applying evidence-based practices to support patient recovery.
• Provide patient education tailored to individual needs, discussing medical conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications that support health maintenance and promote overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, ensuring documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care is timely and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
