Work Environment\n

This remote role allows for flexibility in your schedule while ensuring you are supported by a team of like-minded professionals. Our telehealth setting enables you to reach clients throughout Nevada, providing mental health resources to those who might otherwise lack access. We operate Monday through Saturday, offering in-house credentialing and comprehensive management of insurance participation and scheduling, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other effective modalities to address client needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and review client care plans, ensuring coordinated and effective treatment through regular communication.

• Facilitate case management for assigned patients, incorporating consultations with other health professionals and community resources to enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation pertaining to client progress and treatment interventions, adhering to ethical standards and departmental expectations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your ability to effectively engage with patients and deliver quality care.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; further education or training is highly regarded.

While not required, experience with telehealth platforms and previous exposure to case management processes will be considered an asset as you adapt to our remote care model. Familiarity with best practice therapeutic interventions, including trauma-informed care and family systems therapy, will enhance your contributions to our patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
