Office Coordinator

  • Contract to Hire
  • Location: Aventura, FL
  • Schedule: M-F, standard shift
  • Compensation: $22-25/hour

Summary:

  • The Office Coordinator will manage the day-to-day administration at the corporate offices, and will be responsible for maintaining a productive and engaging environment for our employees. As a core member of the team, this role supports daily office administration and business tasks as requested.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of HQ office
  • Coordinate and schedule company events
  • Organize and schedule meetings for colleagues in the office
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space
  • Greet clients and visitors upon arrival and escort them to their meetings
  • Collect and organize a filing system with office documents
  • Schedule VIP meetings
  • Organize and book travel for multiple VIPs
  • Support and coordinate conference services as required
  • Supervise shipping and receiving and mail distribution for assigned locations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented professional
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • College degree highly preferred
