Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will engage in an onsite work setting, focusing on home care. Working closely with two other physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), this role provides a collaborative environment where professionals can share knowledge and enhance their clinical skills. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment objectives.
• Manage a patient load of one client per hour, focusing on sustained and thoroughly personalized therapy.
• Design and implement treatment plans that include cost-effective interventions to enhance mobility and independence.
• Administer diverse therapeutic techniques including manual therapy and exercise prescription to optimize the range of motion.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that aligns with each patient's overall health goals.
• Facilitate wellness programs that promote long-term health benefits and optimize patient performance.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with all regulations and best practices using EMR Software such as WebPT.
• Encourage patients throughout their healing journey, providing motivation and support to foster adherence to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on clients with private medical insurance, predominantly engaging individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Greenfield Rehab and Wellness Center, you will work with patients ranging from those recovering from sports injuries to post-operative rehabilitation. This role requires a nuanced understanding of patient needs and the ability to adapt techniques and programs accordingly, ensuring each individual's goals are met.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California with no history of board or disciplinary action.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and experience in designing and implementing effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in applying diverse therapeutic techniques to achieve patient objectives.
• Strong communication skills that facilitate collaboration with other healthcare providers and positive patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
