Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies for clients based on their specific needs and mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the client's mental health history and treatment goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, including practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity throughout the treatment process.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD $120,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
