Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote telehealth setting. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments, using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment strategies for mental health issues.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
