Work Environment\n

Our remote work setting allows you the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional standard of care. We operate on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, although some flexibility in your hours may be required based on patient availability and needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals while being equipped with the necessary tools to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological well-being, develop personalized treatment plans, and set achievable goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients, considering their cultural backgrounds, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on improving mental health outcomes, resilience, and adaptive coping strategies.

• Actively collaborate with other mental health practitioners, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated comprehensive care for our clients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring that clients receive the help they need in times of distress.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, fostering a supportive environment for understanding and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while complying with all legal and ethical standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ+ individuals, ethnic minorities, and immigrant populations. Your role will be pivotal in providing inclusive mental health care that respects and values the unique experiences and perspectives of each patient. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and the integration of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, with a strong focus on inclusive practices and cultural responsiveness.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to effectively manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
