Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a primary liaison between families and outpatient providers to ensure that the needs of clients are met with precision and care.

• Engage with insurance companies to manage pre-certification processes and navigate utilization management efficiently.

• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning, ensuring a continuum of care for each client.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, aiming to model and promote a healthy relationship with food among clients.

• Deliver empathetic and affirming care, skillfully addressing the unique circumstances of clients by considering their diverse and intersecting identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support students, many of whom may be facing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
