Roles and Responsibilities:

\n

\n

We are seeking a Product Marketing Senior Manager who can bridge the gap between product features and audience needs for a complex payments-focused solution. This role is responsible for translating technical payment solutions into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with multiple audiences - from payments operations and leaders to banks and credit union top executives.

\n

\n

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a seasoned product marketer ready to define and scale a category. As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own and operate the core function of product marketing at Alacriti. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to bring clarity to our positioning and drive powerful go-to-market motions.

This role blends strategy and execution: from competitive analysis and business cases to pitch decks, and customer-facing videos. You’ll build the foundation for how we talk about our platform — and empower the team with what they need to win.

Responsibilities Include:

\n

\n

\n
• Understand our customers' needs, challenges, processes, and what drives their decision process
\n
• Define and continually refine product positioning, messaging, and personas for Alacriti’s solutions.
\n
• Define and standardize product marketing processes, deliverables and sales enablement
\n
• Own our messaging hierarchy — connecting value to the buyer’s day-to-day and the exec business impact and differentiating our solutions from legacy tools and processes
\n
• Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market analysis — tracking shifts and advising Product and GTM teams accordingly.
\n
• Partner with Product and Revenue teams to lead launches, GTM plans, customer communications, and internal rollout.
\n
• Strategic collaboration upstream includes proactive participation in product strategy sessions, roadmap influence, or market fit validation
\n
• Conduct external training on new product features and releases, proactively train internal teams and ensure message alignment
\n
• Develop in-depth understanding of the Alacriti product to become a go-to
\n
• expert for sales
\n
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate technical capabilities into buyer-centric stories that resonate our target audience
\n
• Support customer marketing, ABM initiatives, and product storytelling in collaboration with the content and demand teams.
\n

Minimum Qualifications:

\n

\n

\n
• 7-10 years of product marketing experience
\n
• Knowledge and understanding of the payments world or banking system in the US. Preferably worked in fintech, or financial institute , and has an understanding of ACH and/or wire processing is an advantage
\n
• Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred, Masters degree is a plus
\n
• Proven ability to own messaging, positioning, and product narrative in a complex enterprise environment with complex selling processes
\n
• Strong storyteller with a portfolio that spans content types and personas.
\n
• Deep understanding of the buyer journey in banking or payments field with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
\n
• Experience working across Product, Sales, and Engineering — with high comfort in technical conversations.
\n
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can lead without a playbook.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
\n
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
\n

• Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment

• Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) best practices and experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
