This role offers flexibility through a remote work setting, allowing therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes while still being part of a collaborative care team. Our clinic supports a dynamic work-life balance, with a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We foster a collegial atmosphere where continuous professional development and peer support are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' emotional and behavioral health needs, focusing on the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and therapeutic preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate symptom relief and promote mental wellness.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care techniques to enhance their overall mental health.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other health professionals to address comprehensive health needs.

• Stay up-to-date with current research and innovations in treatment methodologies to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

• Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs within the community and work to destigmatize mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
