Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans that address client needs, preferences, and goals.

• Provide timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess and prioritize client needs within the treatment team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

• Serve as a primary liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community resources.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to promote program standards and the mission of Woman's Counseling Center.

• Cultivate relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to enhance program visibility and secure potential funding opportunities.

• Engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the agency at statewide meetings.

• Promote the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy while performing other relevant activities as directed by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
