Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through secure video conferencing, providing expert guidance and support in areas of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of individuals who have been prescreened and are considered stable with low acuity needs. This allows you to focus on counseling techniques that promote resilience, personal insight, and proactive mental health management. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of backgrounds, enhancing your ability to offer culturally competent therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• Possession of an active, independent license to practice as a mental health counselor, including either:\n

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Ability to make informed evaluations and recommendations for effective treatment planning.

Experience providing telehealth services, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, and a background working with diverse populations will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Compensation and Benefits\n
