Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and co-develop individualized treatment plans addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions via telehealth, applying evidence-based methodologies tailored to diverse populations.

• Facilitate meaningful discussions and interventions aimed at fostering healthier coping strategies and resolving personal or relational conflicts.

• Utilize the telemedicine platform effectively, ensuring a professional and supportive environment for clients during virtual sessions.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously in accordance with best practices and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals and families grappling with mental health issues such as emotional distress, relational conflicts, and life changes. As a therapist with Open Hearts, you will have the privilege of working closely with your clients to develop skills for managing their mental health challenges and enhancing their emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current active LMFT license in your respective state.
\n
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families.

• Proficient in the use of computers and telehealth technology; familiarity with telemedicine protocols is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic frameworks for diagnosing and treating mental health issues, along with career counseling.

• Experience in employing behavioral therapy techniques to address anxiety, depression, grief, pain management, and end-of-life care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
