Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting rapport with clients and their families, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on effective communication, problem-solving, and coping strategies.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on progress, client feedback, and ongoing assessments, maintaining flexibility to meet client needs.

• Provide referrals to specialists or additional resources as needed, ensuring clients have access to the fullest spectrum of care.

• Document client progress accurately in our digital records system, adhering to all compliance and confidentiality guidelines.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele comprising individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and life circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license is required to practice in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
