Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with primary care providers, discussing patient needs to ensure integrated care and proactive management.

• Document patient progress accurately in clinical records to inform care decisions and fulfill regulatory requirements.

• Educate and empower patients with self-management skills to foster autonomy and encourage healthier lifestyle choices.

• Maintain active participation in clinic meetings to share insights on behavioral health services and areas for program enhancement.

• Adhere to the ethical standards and guidelines laid out by the relevant governing bodies and the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will focus on a diverse patient demographic, addressing mental health issues prevalent in the community. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is essential.

• A valid and current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license to practice in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for the LPC position ranges from USD 87,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
