Supervisory Management & Program Analyst (Data Strategy & Integration)

Position Overview This position is located in the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Facilities Services Directorate (FSD), Integrated Technology Division (ITD). The incumbent will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Information Technology (IT) services—including business applications, artificial intelligence (AI) integration, commercial cloud support, facilities and building records, data analytics, and cybersecurity—to advance the effectiveness of FSD functions. Qualification Requirements You may qualify at the GS-14 level if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to qualify as a GS-14. Specialized experience includes: Applying Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Model (LLM) principles to drive system interoperability and AI-driven analytics. Directing the development, experimentation, and training of data models for AI solutions. Providing authoritative guidance to stakeholders on implementing autonomous AI solutions and ensuring adherence to ethical AI guidelines. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience.
