Director, Executive Compensation & Equity Strategy

People Inc. in New York City is seeking a Director of Executive Compensation who will balance deep equity governance with the executive presence required to design and execute competitive reward strategies across the company. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will partner with Finance, Legal and HR to manage the full lifecycle of equity awards, prepare Board materials, and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate disclosures. #J-18808-Ljbffr People Inc.
