Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Skyrise, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive virtual mental health evaluations for patients using video-based teletherapy.
\n
• Gathering and collating relevant patient information, including detailed health histories and mental status examinations, to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Developing tailored behavioral health treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods to address individual patient needs.
\n
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and evaluation results in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Staying current with continuing education and advancements in psychosocial interventions to enhance your clinical practice.

• Actively participating in team discussions and case reviews to foster a collaborative clinical environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will be serving a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Clients may come to you seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties. Our goal is to provide tailored therapeutic interventions that consider the whole person, promoting overall wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members.

• An understanding of electronic clinical systems and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) management.

• A passion for holistic patient care and a commitment to improving health outcomes through innovative therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following are highly regarded and would be beneficial in this role:

• Two years of direct experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly with teletherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
