Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.

• Engage actively in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and supervision, staying informed of the latest mental health research and practices.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a holistic treatment approach that considers the multifaceted needs of our clients.

Your role will primarily serve individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including those with limited access to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
