Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their developmental needs.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with the child's growth and family dynamics.
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes as a proactive team member, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize the child's developmental progress.
\n
• Provide not only therapeutic support to children but also empower families with information and resources to foster their child's development.
\n
• Utilize effective communication skills to develop rapport with children and families, ensuring a supportive and trusting environment.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations to maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.
\n
• Implement evidence-based practices aligned with the Natural Learning Environment approach to improve learning outcomes.
\n
• Deliver family coaching and natural environment teaching techniques to build the family’s capacity and knowledge.
\n
• Maintain a focus on health and safety standards for both clients and staff throughout all interactions and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with infants and young children who demonstrate developmental delays or disabilities. This specialized focus requires a deep understanding of early childhood development and the challenges that families face in these situations. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
