Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering detailed information about each client's mental health history, current concerns, strengths, and community resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the hospice context, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and evaluation processes in alignment with the clients' unique emotional needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and enhance the supportive network around the client.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducation classes that empower clients and family members to understand the emotional challenges associated with end-of-life care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety plans when necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Participate in team meetings to review treatment approaches and share insights about client progress and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, with the added benefit of a sign-on bonus.
