Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from a location of your choice while ensuring you meet the emotional and psychological needs of patients in our hospice care facility. While mostly remote, you may occasionally visit the hospice center or engage in team meetings that may occur on-site. The work schedule is designed to accommodate flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the availability of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your advanced clinical training and experience to conduct thorough assessments, develop psychosocial diagnoses, and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing, to effectively engage with clients and foster their treatment progress.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including coworkers, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure an integrated approach to patient treatment and to enhance continuity of care.

• Systematically document patient progress using electronic health record systems, whether through virtual means or in-person visits, to track milestones and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

• Assist in monitoring patients’ medication adherence and educate them on the side effects and efficacy of prescribed psychiatric medications, as recommended by medical practitioners.

In this role, you will primarily serve patients in hospice care—individuals facing end-of-life challenges and their families. The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
