Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on patients residing in a hospice setting, where you will support individuals facing life-limiting illnesses and their families. Your expertise will assist patients in coping with grief, providing emotional support, and facilitating end-of-life discussions. You will also work with families to address their needs and concerns, ensuring they have the resources and support necessary during this challenging time.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active LCSW license in the state of California.
