Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay rate: $1.00 (equivalent to annual salary range of $291,000 - $324,000)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care overnightlabor management, deliveries, postpartum care, and triage
• Manage gynecologic consults for acute issues during nocturnist shifts
• Perform urgent assessments and interventions for obstetric and gynecologic patients overnight
• Collaborate with a team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers
• Support complex cases and communicate effectively during shift handoffs
• Document patient care using Epic EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical safety protocols
• Contribute to a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care
• Handle emergency obstetric situations swiftly and efficiently
• Support training or mentoring of residents or APPs during shifts as needed

What You Need

• Board-certified OB/GYN
• Active Colorado medical license or eligibility
• Prior inpatient obstetric experience

• Experience with emergency obstetric response
• Comfort working in a collaborative hospital environment
