Administrative Assistant 2

Job Title
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group. Manages schedule(s)/calendars for partner level; coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; onboarding and offboarding employees, ordering hardware & peripherals, completes special projects as assigned.
Experience supporting senior leaders with complex calendaring, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, experience coordinating events, meetings, or team logistics, demonstrated proactiveness, organization, and attention to detail, ability to work independently and anticipate business needs.
Familiar with MS tools and internal systems (expense tools, travel tools submitting PO's. Customer service background is considered valuable. Candidate will manage two calendars at partner level and support team operations. Participation in centralized events such as morale events and conferences (meetup week).
