Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Valley of Hope, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of critical functions:

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, which may include individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Conduct thorough client assessments by collecting and interpreting social, personal, and environmental information that influences mental health.

• Design and coordinate treatment plans that are customized to meet the unique emotional and social needs of each client.

• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing cognitive, affective, and behavioral health issues, such as crisis resolution strategies and referrals to community resources.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in accordance with organizational protocols and regulatory guidelines.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance client outcomes.

• Consistently manage an appropriate caseload, ensuring equitable distribution of time and resources among clients.

Qualifications\n
