Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from your own home in Arlington, Texas, or anywhere else within the state. As a member of our telehealth facility, you will interact with clients through secure video conferencing, using our user-friendly counselor portal to streamline documentation and client management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health issues, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. Your expertise will assist these individuals in building life skills and improving their overall quality of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued independent counseling license, with acceptable credentials including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, no disciplinary actions on record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathetic nature to foster a supportive client environment.

• Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with telehealth technologies and software.

• Access to a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions, along with a reliable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in providing mental health counseling.

• Experience in remote therapy practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent on your hours worked and experience level. Additional compensation includes a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Payments are made via weekly direct deposit, ensuring timely remuneration for your valuable services.
