Enterprise AI Success Leader - Strategic Customer Partner

WinsAbove is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in New York. This role focuses on driving AI adoption with our strategic Digital Native Business clients, serving as their trusted advisor. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in customer success and a deep understanding of the AI landscape. You will engage with key decision makers, develop change management strategies, and enhance the customer experience across the lifecycle. Competitive salary of $265,000 - $320,000 USD is offered.
